If you book your cruise directly with the cruise line using a casino certificate, please send us your reservation number. It is a tiny number that makes a huge difference.

• For you: we can track your booking, make sure your casino perks, comps, and offers are properly attached, and help if anything needs fixing before you sail. Sometimes it does.
• For us: we know you are coming, and we can advocate for you as your casino host, instead of finding out you are onboard when we bump into you at the bar.
