Why You Can't Book the Same Comped Cruise Through Two Hosts

As a casino player, you usually cannot book the same casino-comped cruise, on the same cruise line, through different host companies. Here is why.

One reservation per player

Once a casino reservation is made, it is tied to your account and player profile with the cruise line. That ensures only one host or booking agent is credited for the comp, and it prevents duplicate bookings for the same person.

Exclusive representation

When you book through one host company, that company becomes your point of contact for that specific comped offer. Cruise lines work with either their internal casino hosts or independent host companies, and they assign the booking to one of them.

Host credit

Hosts and host companies are credited for bringing players to the cruise. Letting multiple hosts claim the same booking would create conflicts in how cruise lines track and compensate that work.

Your offer is linked to your ADT

Your casino comp is based on your Average Daily Theoretical (ADT). Once a comped cruise is booked, that offer is linked to your ADT, and no duplicate offer can be redeemed for the same trip, even with a different host.

Casino marketing policies

Cruise lines and casinos have strict policies against double-dipping. Trying to book through multiple host companies can look like an attempt to game the system, which is exactly what those policies are designed to prevent.
