I recently saw this comment from a player:

"The host told me I only play $5 to $15 every visit. I laughed, because I know I go in with thousands of dollars and leave broke. Their records couldn't possibly be right."

Whether the casino's records are correct is not really the point. The real problem is that most players have no way to verify their own numbers.
